Important — controlling version. These Terms are provided in English, Spanish, and French for accessibility. If there is any conflict or inconsistency, the English version prevails.
1. Service and acceptance
Ruralia, operated by Minibota Labs LLC, is a conversational service that helps users organize rural activity through Telegram. By using Ruralia, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Ruralia on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
2. Your account and records
You are responsible for the information you submit and for safeguarding access to your Telegram account. You retain your records. Ruralia processes them to provide the service, subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, highly sensitive, banking, or password information.
3. Records, AI, and decisions
Ruralia may use automated systems and AI to interpret messages, images, or voice notes and prepare proposed records. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You must review and confirm records before relying on them. Ruralia is not agronomic, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice and must not be the sole basis for material decisions.
4. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or compliance. We aim to provide a dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every message, or compatibility with every device or provider.
5. Plans and payments
Three-month free trial. After the trial, continue with individual paid access or sponsorship from an eligible organization. Defined annual price: US$19.99/year. Terms, taxes, and available options will be disclosed before purchase. The trial duration and terms will be disclosed before activation. Starting a trial does not imply a purchase or automatic renewal: purchasing or renewing requires explicit consent. When access ends, the account and records are preserved; post-expiry capabilities have yet to be defined.
6. Ruralia Networks
Joining a Network is voluntary. A Network may receive only the information, responses, or aggregate signals that you authorize for its stated purpose. Sponsoring Premium does not give an organization general access to your private conversations or records. You may leave a Network; you retain your account and records, subject to legitimate operational and legal retention needs.
An organization will be able to sponsor Premium for all or selected members under its program terms. Membership alone does not include Premium. Sponsorship is planned and is not yet available. When you leave a network, you keep your account and records, but Premium access sponsored by that network ends. Continued paid access will require an individual purchase or another eligible sponsor. The capabilities remaining available after the trial have yet to be defined.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, send malware or abusive content, scrape data, or use Ruralia in violation of law or third-party rights. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or compliance obligations.
8. Intellectual property
Ruralia, its software, brand, and materials are owned by Minibota Labs LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative services except where applicable law permits it.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruralia is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using Ruralia at any time. You may request account deletion at hello@ruralia.io. We may terminate or suspend access for breach, security, legal, or operational reasons. Sections that should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing provisions, survive.
11. Governing law and contact
