For rural organizations

Bring your network closer.
Support every producer better.

Ruralia Networks helps cooperatives, exporters, NGOs and public programs understand recorded farm activity and coordinate support. Your team works in a shared web space; producers keep using Ruralia through Telegram.

Value on both sides

Useful to your team. Useful to your producers.

A network works when both sides gain something: a clearer picture for the organization and a practical tool for the people doing the work.

For your organization

Turn field records into better-informed support.

Bring membership, team access and authorized indicators together to help plan your work.

  • Understand what is being recordedReview aggregate sales, expenses, harvests, labor and input applications.
  • Organize your communityInvite producers and give colleagues the access their roles need.
  • Focus conversations and supportUse recorded activity and short surveys to focus your support.

For producers

A useful assistant for their own activity.

Producers record their work in Telegram and decide whether to connect with your organization.

  • Keep records in their own wordsRecord sales, expenses and farm activity, then consult their records and summaries.
  • Stay connected to their organizationReceive organization notices and answer short program surveys through Ruralia.
  • Keep control as things changeChoose whether to join and what to share. Leave a network while keeping their account and records.

  1. The producer records

“Today I harvested 40 kg of coffee.”

  2. Your team sees

  3. Your organization acts

Use recorded volumes to plan collection with producers.

Built for real decisions

From the field to a concrete action.

☕

Exporters and cooperatives

Publish a current price from your organization, review recorded harvests in aggregate and use that information in collection planning.

🌱

Input programs

Use short surveys to understand interest in inputs before planning distribution.

▦

NGOs and public sector

Ask focused questions about your program and review aggregate responses over time.

How it works

An active network in three steps.

01

Create your network

Define capacity, teams, and your program purpose.

02

Invite with a code

Share a code or QR link. Producers choose whether to receive messages and surveys; your team reviews their membership request.

03

Support better

Send communications and short surveys to members who agreed to receive them.

A fairer relationship

Your organization buys capacity and aggregate knowledge, not access to a producer’s digital life.

Each producer chooses whether to join, what a network can see, and which messages to receive.

🤝

Voluntary membership

Codes or QR links let people join a network. Producers can join more than one and leave whenever they choose.

◌

Privacy by default

Aggregate indicators and cohort minimums; no phone numbers, usernames, or private conversations.

↗

An agreed purpose

Before joining, producers see what information will be shared and for what purpose.

Before you start

Practical questions.

What information can my team see?

Aggregate sales, expenses, harvests, labor and input applications from confirmed records. Access depends on each colleague’s role, producer permissions and minimum group sizes.

How do we invite producers?

Share a code or QR link. Producers continue using Ruralia through Telegram, review the scope of the Network and decide whether to join.

Can we start with a small group?

Tell us about your initial group, country, crops and objective. Together we can define a pilot scope and capacity that fit your program.

How do we request a proposal?

Contact our team with your country, crops, approximate number of producers and what you want to achieve. We will discuss the scope and options for your organization.

Talk to the team →

Can we sponsor Ruralia for our producers?

Network membership and paid individual access are independent. See sponsorship and activation conditions in Pricing.

What happens when a producer leaves a Network?

Leaving a Network preserves your account and records. Your membership ends and the Network’s access follows your updated permissions. Read the access and activation conditions in Pricing.

Why sign in with Google?

Google sign-in verifies your identity so Ruralia can match your invitation and apply your Network permissions. It does not import Gmail or Drive data. You can also use email and password; either way, you need authorized access to a Network. Creating an account alone does not grant access to producer data.

Read how account and producer data are handled in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Design the pilot

A network producers want to use.

Tell us your country, crops, approximate number of producers and objective: marketing, technical support, inputs, traceability, or impact. We will define your network scope and capacity.
