Summary. Ruralia receives the information needed to organize your records and respond through Telegram. We do not sell personal data or turn private conversations into an organization dashboard by default.
1. Controller and scope
Ruralia is operated by Minibota Labs LLC. This Policy explains how we process personal data when you use the bot, website, Premium, or Ruralia Networks. Contact us at hello@ruralia.io.
2. Data we process
Depending on your use, we may process Telegram identifiers and profile information; messages and button responses; rural profile, farm, crop, financial, production, observation, reminder, and preference data you provide; optional location; files, voice notes, and photos; subscription and transaction status; and technical logs needed for reliability and security. Paddle processes full payment-method data when it is Merchant of Record.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to provide records, responses, summaries, reminders, language and time-zone settings, customer support, paid plans, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Where required, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or your consent.
4. AI and service providers
Ruralia may use Google Gemini to interpret messages or transcribe voice notes. We send the content necessary for the request with technical instructions. We may use Telegram, Google Cloud, Paddle, Open-Meteo, Frankfurter, and carefully selected operational providers. Each receives only what is needed for its role and may have its own terms.
5. Ruralia Networks
Networks do not receive phone numbers, usernames, private conversations, or general record access by default. They may receive aggregate signals, survey responses, interest, or information you authorize for a stated program purpose. You may join or leave Networks voluntarily. Sponsoring Premium does not expand an organization’s data access.
6. International transfers and security
Providers may process data outside your country. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and managed secrets. Data is processed on Google Cloud infrastructure; connections use HTTPS/TLS where applicable and managed storage uses encryption at rest. No online service is completely secure.
7. Retention, backups, and deletion
We retain data while your account is active and as reasonably needed for operations, disputes, legal duties, and security. Backups may retain data for a limited recovery period. You can request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion at hello@ruralia.io; we may request information to verify the request.
8. Your choices
You can manage Network membership and certain reminders in the bot. You can withdraw consent where processing depends on it, without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority where applicable.
9. Children, changes, and contact
